Basic Refund Policy
- AbcdepaHorseJewelry sells a number of jewelry products. We have a very strict refund policy. Here are the basics of our refund policy:
- IT IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO ALL PRODUCTS THAT HAS BEEN BROKEN/DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY. Consumers are given a 30-day guarantee to return/refund a damaged or broken product. Photograph the damaged product before sending it back to us – as evidence that the item/s has been delivered to you broken/damaged. Jewelry are included.
- Send us an email at support@paigeabcdc.pa@gmail.com to apply for a refund. We will respond to you ASAP to update you on the status of your application.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
- Money back guarantee is ONLY applicable to item/s damaged upon delivery.
If I ordered the wrong size – can I exchange it?
- All our item/s are custom made so it would not be possible.
What if I received the wrong or damaged item/s?
- Email us immediately at support@paigeabcdc.pa@gmail.com. Include your order number and write a brief explanation.
- We will send you the correct item/s or replace the damaged one. Shipping will also be covered by our company.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we offer international shipping for all our products.
How do I track my package?
- Check the status of your order by sending an email to our Customer Support at support @paigeabcdc.pa@gmail.com
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
- If delivery is within the Australia the delivery should take less than a week. However, if the product/s you ordered are not in-stock the waiting time may be stretched up to 2-4 weeks. To check the availability of your order you can email us at: support@paigeabcdc.pa@gmail.com@gmail.com.
